摘要:针对近海岸漂浮垃圾造成污染的问题,为实现垃圾的全自动处理,设计一款水面垃圾清理器。该机器由树莓派配合Ard u in o作为控制板,通过摄像头识别垃圾,可全自动实现垃圾的分类和收集,并可将垃圾运输至陆地上的垃圾站点排放。该机搭载一种变形轮,能够水陆两栖工作。介绍水面垃圾清理器的结构组成、设计思路和工作原理。样机测试表明,设备在工作中无需人工干预,全程自动化,验证了设计的合理性和稳定性。
In view of the pollution caused by floating garbage near the coast,a water-surface garbage cleaner is designed to achieve fully automatic garbage cleaning.The machine uses a Raspberry Pi and an Arduino as the control board,and identifies the garbage through a camera,which can fully automatically sort and collect the garbage and transport the garbage to a station on land for discharge.The machine is equipped with a type of deformable wheels that allows amphibious work.The structure,design ideas and working principles of the water-surface garbage cleaner are introduced.The prototype tests show that the machine works without human intervention and is automated throughout,while also enabling garbage sorting,which verifies the rationality and stability of the design.
