摘要:运用虚拟样机技术对一种型号的剑杆织机进行全数字化动态仿真试验和关键技术研究,用SolidW orks建立几何模型,并进行装配和干涉等检查。在ADAMS环境下建立了物理虚拟样机,并进行各种速度和工况下的全面动态仿真试验。通过ADAMS和ANSYS的协同仿真,实现高速零部件动态应力分析和优化。为提高剑杆织机转速和动态性能、研制新产品提供了技术支持。
Numerical dynamic simulation test and key technology study for a type of rapier loom have been done by use of virtual prototype technology. Geometrical model was made by SolidWorks with assembly followed and interference checked. Physical virtual prototype was built under ADAMS Platform. An all round dynamic simulation test was carried out at different speeds and working conditions. Dynamic stress and optimization of parts at high speed were analyzed by collaborative simulation of ADAMS and ANSYS. This provides technical support for increasing speed and improving dynamic performances of the rapier loom and for developing new rapier loom products as well.
