摘要:以左氧氟沙星(LVFX)为模板分子,α-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,制备了能选择性识别LVFX的分子印迹聚合物(M IPs)。紫外光谱和红外光谱分析结果表明,该M IPs通过氢键和离子键对LVFX进行识别;Scatchard分析显示,MAA与LVFX在自组装过程中形成了2类结合位点,最大表观结合容量Qm ax分别为9.76和25.75μmol/g,在10 m in中内基本完成了对LVFX的选择性吸附;M IPs热力学研究表明,吸附过程是自发进行的,ΔΔH=-1.18 kJ/mol和ΔΔS=-0.27 J/(mol.K)。
Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) were synthesized via thermal polymerization method with levofloxacin( LVFX ) as template and methyacrylic acid as functional monomer. The UV and IR spectra indicated that the MIPs could recognize LVFX molecule through hydrogen-bond and ionic-bond interactions. Scatchard analysis showed that two kinds of recognition sites were formed, and the maximum apparent binding capacities were 9.76 p, mol/g and 25.75 μmol/g, respectively. The selective adsorption of LVFX on MIPs could be completed in 10 min. On the basis of isothermal binding thermodynamics, the absorption to the template was spontaneous, and AAH= -1.18 kJ/mol and AAS = -0.27 J/(mol · K).
