摘要：本研究探讨了在中国文化背景下我国公民社会公正感的内在结构。研究分为三个阶段:第一阶段采用开放式问卷收集社会公正感项目,依照理论构想对这些项目进行整理形成社会公正感初稿;第二阶段通过对273名被试的数据进行探索性因素分析,得到社会公正感的6个维度:分配公平、程序公平、互动公平、法律公平、机会公平和地位公平;第三阶段通过对643份被试的数据进行验证性因素分析,结果表明模型的各项拟合指数良好。研究结果表明社会公正感量表具有良好的信度和效度。
This research explores the construct of social justice in China. The process of research is divided into three stages. In the first stage, items for the measure were collected by open questionnaires, and categorized by the justice literature. At stage 2, a six-component construct of social justice was formed by the analysis of the 273 subjects using the exploratory factor analysis. The six dimensions were named as distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice, law justice, opportunity justice and status justice. At stage 3, the six-component construct was confirmed well by the analysis of another 643 subjects using the confirmatory factor analysis. The result indicates that the social justice questionnaire has high liability and validity.
