摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of indole by continuous gas-solid catalyzing reaction in fixed bed reactor includes gasifying o-aminoethylbenzene at 210-300 degrees C and liquid hourly space velocity of 0.02-0.15/hour; fast mixing carbon dioxide and o-aminoethylbenzene in a mol ratio of 4:1-40:1, at 210-300 degrees C; pre-heating to 560-640 degrees C and transferring the system into a catalyst bed layer of the reactor; and at 560-640 degrees C, oxidizing and catalytically dehydrogenating to obtain liquid reaction product mainly containing indole. USE - Preparation of indole (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and environment friendly; has continuous and convenient operation, low cost, and low energy consumption; and fully utilizes green house gas i.e. carbon dioxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a reaction equipment for preparing indole comprising gasifying chamber, mixing chamber, pre-heating chamber, reactor, cooler, product collecting tank, and gas collecting tank.
