摘要:采用简易蒸馏方法,研究了添加不同类型的活化蒸馏剂对卡宾达常压重油、阿曼常压重油和卡宾达与阿曼混合油(质量比为7∶3)常压重油500°C前馏分油拔出率影响,实验表明对于卡宾达常压重油,添加1%催化裂化(FCC)油浆+0.5%苯酚净增收率提高2.33%;阿曼常压重油,添加0.1%活化剂No.3,净增收率提高1.62%;对卡宾达和阿曼混合油,添加4%糠醛精制抽出油,净增收率提高1.64%。研究还发现加剂后原料油的运动粘度最小点对应较高的馏分油收率。
The distillation yields before 500 ℃ of Cabinda atmospheric residue (AR), Oman atmospheric residue and Cabinda Oman (mass rate is 7/3) blending atmospheric residue were investigated by adding a variety of additives. The results showed that the distiliationyields were affected by the type of additives and the character of feedstocks, in which 2.33% net increment of Cabinda AR distillation yield was obtained by adding 1. 5% combined additive (1% fluid catalytic cracking slurry + 0. 5% phenol),1.62 % net increment of Oman AR distillation yield with content of 0.1% activating additive No. 3 and 1.64% net increment of Cabinda Oman (7/3) blending AR distillation yield with content of 4% extract oil from furfural extraction unit. The feedstocks with low kinematic viscosities had high distillation yields.
