摘要:NOVELTY - Immobilizing protease molecule on a nano-material comprises: (a) dispersing carbon nanotubes (CNTs) to obtain a homogeneous solution, (b) acidifying CNTs by using concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid in a volume ratio of 1:2-1:5, (c) functionalizing the CNTs by N-Hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) and N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-N'-ethylcarbodiimide (EDC), where the CNT surface wall is functionally linked with amino functional group and finally reacting with amino group of enzyme, and immobilizing the enzyme on the tube wall. USE - The immobilized protease is useful for energy generation, and environmental and biochemical pharmacy fields for biological catalysis and transformation of enzyme (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, fast and stable, and has high production efficiency; and utilizes carbon nanotube, which has low conversion cost, and is easy for large-scale production.
