摘要:NOVELTY - Ethylene and methyl methacrylate are polymerized or copolymerized using disalicylal imide nickel (I) as main catalyst and methylaluminoxane as secondary catalyst at constant temperature of 0-80 degrees C while constantly filling saturated ethylene at pressure of 1-60 atmosphere and reacted for 0.5-6 hours. The mole ratio of aluminum in the methylaluminoxane and nickel in the disalicylal imide nickel is 50-1000:1. The mole ratio of nickel in the methyl methacrylate and nickel in the disalicylal imide nickel is 100-10000:1. USE - Polymerization or copolymerization of ethylene and methyl methacrylate. ADVANTAGE - The method provides polymers or copolymers of ethylene and methyl methacrylate having favorable molecular weight, molecular weight distribution, structure and component proportion using the catalyst. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Ethylene and methyl methacrylate are polymerized or copolymerized using disalicylal imide nickel of formula (I) as main catalyst and methylaluminoxane as secondary catalyst at constant temperature of 0-80 degrees C while constantly filling saturated ethylene at pressure of 1-60 atmosphere and reacted for 0.5-6 hours. The mole ratio of aluminum in the methylaluminoxane and nickel in the disalicylal imide nickel is 50-1000:1. The mole ratio of nickel in the methyl methacrylate and nickel in the disalicylal imide nickel is 100-10000:1. Xn=substituted 1-6C alkyl, phenyl or halo;and i-Pr=isopropyl.
