摘要:A novel two-step synthesis of beta-trifluoromethyl primary amines from readily available alpha-(trifluoromethyl)styrenes and phthalimide is developed. The first step involves a hydroamination between alpha-(trifluoromethyl)styrenes and phthalimide (PhthNH) with the assistance of a base. Next, the hydrazinolysis of the resulting N-(beta-trifluoromethyl-beta-arylethyl)phthalimides with hydrazine hydrate affords the desired N-(beta-trifluoromethyl-beta-arylethyl)amines. A two-step synthesis of beta-CF3 primary amines from a-CF3-styrenes and phthalimide is developed. The first step involves hydroamination of a-CF3-styrenes with phthalimide. Next, hydrazinolysis of the hydroamination products affords the beta-CF3 amines.
