摘要：NOVELTY - Starch-based plastic alloy comprises 40-90 pts. wt. starch, 5-60 pts. wt. poly (butylene succinate), 5-60 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 10-40 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.1-10 pts. wt. compatibilizer and 1-10 pts. wt. processing aid. USE - The starch-based plastic alloy is useful for packaging material, agricultural film, tableware or medical supplies (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The starch-based plastic alloy has good hydrophobic property and strength, good compatibility, and thermoplastic property. The technique flow is simple and easy to operate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the starch-based plastic alloy, comprising (i) adding the starch, plasticizer and part of the processing aid into a high speed mixer, and mixing to obtain a first homogeneous mixture; (ii) allowing the first mixture to stand for 24-48 hours, then adding into a twin-screw extruder, cooling, granulating, and drying to obtain thermoplastic starch granules; (iii) adding thermoplastic starch granules, polybutylene succinate, lactic acid, compatibilizer and the remaining processing aids into a high-speed mixer, and mixing to obtain a second mixture; and (iv) adding the second mixture into twin-screw extruder, and extruding.
