摘要:基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器研发了远程数据采集实时状态监测系统,应用于骨骼服数据采集和工业现场的远程监测和故障诊断。系统采用低成本无线网桥,数据传输可靠实现400-1 000 m,稳定传输速率约2 M/s,24位A/D多通道实时同步数据采集,同步采样率最高52 kHz,动态响应110 dB.系统具有成本低、可靠性高、实时性好的特点,为工业现场远程实时监测和无线数据传送提出了一种实用方法。
A remote data acquisition real-time monitoring system was designed for the application of exoskeleton data acquisition equipment,and remote monitoring and fault diagnosis towards industry enterprise by using LabVIEW software.The system adopted wireless bridge with low price,which transmitsed data with a distance of 400 m to 1 000 m and the stable transmission speed is about 2 M/s.24-bit A/D multicenter simultaneous data acquisition with simultaneous acquisition rate up to 52 kHz per channel;the spurious free dynamic is 110 dB.The system improves the real-time character and reliability with low price,and provides a practical method for real-time remote monitoring and wireless data transmission.
