摘要:研究了石墨填充聚丙烯体系的导热性能及其与流变行为之间的相互关系。考察了石墨含量对复合体系的热导率与流变特性的影响。发现填充高含量时,复合体系的热导率出现明显的增幅,动态流变发生特殊响应,在低频区尤为明显。运用Cole-Cole曲线分析动态流变行为发现,石墨填充聚丙烯体系存在长时松弛过程,证明三维网络结构存在。采用修正Kerner-Nielson方程获得了流变逾渗阀值,与导热逾渗阀值基本一致。结果表明,填料粒子的充填方式对石墨填充聚丙烯复合体系的导热行为影响较大,粒子之间的直接接触是形成三维网络结构的主要原因。
Studies on the correlation between thermal properties and rheological behavior of graphite filled polypropylene were carried out through an examination of the graphite concentration dependence of heat conductivity and dynamic viscoelastic behavior. It's found that when volume fraction of graphite is above 9%, heat conductivity increases obviously and the theological behavior of the composite has a special response, especially at low frequency. The Cole-Cole plot was applied to analyze the dynamic rheological behavior of the material. The results proved the presence of long time relaxation process. The use of modified Kemer-Nielson equation gave a rhcological threshold of the composite, which is almost consistent with the heat conductivity threshold. Furthermore, it verified that the packing mode of the graphite particles has greater effect on the thermal-conductivity performance of the composite and the formation of the network is mainly stem from the direct contact between particles.
