摘要：NOVELTY - 3-oxo-3-(8-oxo-8-(phenylamino)octanamidooxy)propanoic acid derivatives (I), (II) or (III), are new. USE - (I)-(III) are useful for treating cancer. ADVANTAGE - (I)-(III) can improve the water-solubility and cell permeability, and it inhibits histone deacetylase in body and tumor cell proliferation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 3-oxo-3-(8-oxo-8-(phenylamino)octanamidooxy)propanoic acid derivatives of formulae (I), (II) or (III) or its pro-drugs or salts, are new. R = (CH2)n, alkenyl (CHCH)m, 3-8C aliphatic ring or heteroatom-substituted fatty acyl, aryl or heteroaryl, Ar(CHCH)x or (CHCH)xAr(CHCH)x; n = 2-6; m, x = 1-3; M = metal ion; and A = basic group.
