摘要：乡村振兴的核心主体是农民,激活农民的主体性是实现乡村振兴战略的关键。乡村振兴是乡村价值的振兴,回归乡村价值,既是振兴的需要,也是振兴的基础。而乡村价值的天然承载主体是农民,因此在参与乡村建设的多元主体中,农民是核心主体,是乡村发展的内因。然而当前农民在乡村发展中主体性缺失,对乡村不热爱,发展不积极。为此,通过政策、市场与社会的充分赋权,激活农民的身份认同、职业认同和文化认同,进而激活其建设乡村的社会主体性、经济主体性和文化主体性,是乡村振兴战略的可行路径。
Rural revitalization is the revitalization of rural values and returning to rural values is both a need for rejuvenation and a basis for revitalization.Among the pluralistic subjects involved in rural construction,the peasant is the core subject and the internal cause of rural development.However,the current peasants lack the subjectivity in rural development,do not love the country,and are not active in development.To this end,through the full empowerment of policies,markets and society,the activation of peasants' identity,professional identity and cultural identity,and thus the social subjectivity,economic subjectivity and cultural subjectivity of the construction of rural areas,is feasible for the rural revitalization strategy.
