摘要：行政合同作为行政权力与契约相结合的新型管理方式,在我国的计划生育工作中被广泛运用,至今,已逾十年。本文总结了行政合同在计生工作中取得了一些效果及其不足之处,并结合各省新近颁布的人口条例,分析了计划生育合同在未来计划生育管理工作中的定位。
As a new means of administration that combines administrative power and contract, administrative contracts have been exerted to birth control field in China for more than 10 years. The authors will summarize the achievements and defects in this field by means of administrative contracts and analyze articles of other provinces' recently released regulations of birth control in order to provide some suggestions for amendment.
