摘要:系统梳理了丙烯腈电解法生产己二腈的技术原理、工艺演变、工程化挑战及解决方案,分析了电解工艺的反应机制、电极材料优化、电解槽设计、工艺参数控制等核心问题,对比了隔膜式与无隔膜式电解法的技术经济性,探讨了新型阳极牺牲剂技术、TiO2阴极材料等创新研究进展。同时,总结了电解工艺在工程放大过程中面临的安全、能耗、环保等问题,并展望了该技术的未来发展方向,旨在为国内己二腈产业的工艺选择和技术创新提供参考。
The technical principles,process evolution,engineering challenges,and solutions of acrylonitrile electrolysis for producing adiponitrile were systematically reviewed.The reaction mechanism,electrode ma?terial optimization,electrolytic cell design,process parameter control,and other core issues of the electroly?sis process were analyzed.The technical and economic feasibility of diaphragm and non-diaphragm electrol?ysis methods were compared,and innovative research progress such as new anode sacrificial agent technolo?gy and TiO2 cathode materials was explored.At the same time,the safety,energy consumption,environmen?tal protection and other issues faced by the electrolysis process in the engineering scaling up process were summarized,and the future development direction of this technology was looked forward to,aiming to pro?vide reference for the process selection and technological innovation of the domestic adiponitrile industry.
