摘要：NOVELTY - A lithospermate derivative (I) is used in preparation of medicine for treating helopyra. USE - A lithospermate derivative for preparation of medicine used for treating helopyra caused by plasmodium (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The derivative has higher inhibition ratio for Falcipain-2, and excellent activity for resisting in vitro plasmodium. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A lithospermate derivative of formula (I) is used in preparation of medicine for treating helopyra. R1=Me or n-butyl;and R2=H or Me. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a medicinal composition comprising (I) (5-95 wt.%) and carrier (balance).
