摘要:以间苯二酚为原料,经过发烟硫酸磺化、浓硝酸硝化以及水解反应可制备4,6-二硝基间苯二酚(DNBDO),该方法具有原料易得、产品纯度高、产率高等诸多优点。本文用正交实验设计对该合成方法进行了研究,得出了最优化的反应条件。
The condition of prepare the precursor of poly (p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) (PBO) 4,6-dinitroresorcinol was investigated by orthodoxy experiment method. The optimized synthesis conditions were: for 0.1 mol resorcinol, use 20% oleums which had 0.33 mol free SO3, sulfation temperature is 100℃, sul(ation time was 1 h; nitric acid was 0.2 mol, nitration temperature was 20℃~30℃, nitration time was 2 h; the [H3O^+]≈0. 0082 mol/g at the beginning of hydrolyzation reaction, and the hydrolyzation time was 2 h. The producer attained 70%, the purity was nearly 100%.
