摘要:采用等温溶解平衡法测定了343.15 K时NaCl-NaNO_(3)-H_(2)O、NaCl-Na_(2)SO_(4)-H_(2)O、NaNO_(3)-Na_(2)SO_(4)-H_(2)O 3种三元体系和NaCl-NaNO_(3)-Na_(2)SO_(4)-H_(2)O四元体系的相平衡数据。实验结果表明:NaCl-NaNO_(3)-H_(2)O、NaCl-Na_(2)SO_(4)-H_(2)O三元体系属于简单共饱和型体系,无复盐和共溶体产生;NaNO_(3)-Na_(2)SO_(4)-H_(2)O三元体系存在NaNO_(3)·Na_(2)SO_(4)·H_(2)O复盐结晶区,但复盐结晶区较小;NaCl-NaNO_(3)-Na_(2)SO_(4)-H_(2)O四元体系包含Na_(2)SO_(4)结晶区、NaCl结晶区、NaNO_(3)结晶区和NaNO_(3)·Na_(2)SO_(4)·H_(2)O复盐结晶区,NaCl和NaNO_(3)对Na_(2)SO_(4)存在强盐析作用,Na_(2)SO_(4)结晶区面积远大于其他结晶区;为降低复盐结晶区对分质结晶工艺的影响,相应结晶操作温度应高于343.15 K。
The phase equilibrium data of three ternary systems(NaCl-NaNO_(3)-H_(2)O,NaCl-Na_(2)SO_(4)-H_(2)O,and NaNO_(3)-Na_(2)SO_(4)-H_(2)O)and the quaternary system(NaCl-NaNO_(3)-Na_(2)SO_(4)-H_(2)O)at 343.15 K were determined by the isothermal dissolution equilibrium method.The results indicate that the NaCl-NaNO_(3)-H_(2)O and NaCl-Na_(2)SO_(4)-H_(2)O ternary systems are simple co-saturated systems,with no double salts or co-solutes formed,while the NaNO_(3)-Na_(2)SO_(4)-H_(2)O system has a small crystallization region of the double salt NaNO_(3)·Na_(2)SO_(4)·H_(2)O.The quaternary system NaCl-NaNO_(3)-Na_(2)SO_(4)-H_(2)O consists of the Na_(2)SO_(4) crystallization region,NaCl crystallization region,NaNO_(3) crystallization region,and double salt NaNO_(3)·Na_(2)SO_(4)·H_(2)O crystallization region.NaCl and NaNO_(3) have a strong salting-out effect on Na_(2)SO_(4),and the area of the Na_(2)SO_(4) crystallization regions is significantly larger than that of other crystallization regions.In order to reduce the influence of the double salt crystallization region on the fractal crystallization process,the corresponding crystallization operating temperature should be higher than 343.15 K.
