摘要:NOVELTY - An organic acid is separated and enriched by extracting capillary wormwood with ethanol, heating, refluxing, and filtering to obtain capillary wormwood extract; decompressing, condensing, adding ethanol, setting aside, centrifugally treating, and filtering to obtain supernatant fluid; decompressing, and condensing to obtain capillary wormwood condensing liquid; adjusting pH with hydrofluoric acid solution, and filtering to obtain capillary wormwood filtrate; and absorbing with macroporous adsorption resin. USE - Method for separating and enriching organic acid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple and easy operation, high organic acid product content, and low cost; and is environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Separation and enrichment of organic acid involves: (A) extracting capillary wormwood and ethanol (0-30 wt.%), heating, refluxing for 0.5-2 hours, and filtering to obtain capillary wormwood extract; (B) decompressing, condensing, adding ethanol (60-80 wt.%) to capillary wormwood extract, setting aside for 10-14 hours, centrifugally treating, and filtering to obtain supernatant fluid; (C) decompressing, and condensing to obtain capillary wormwood condensing liquid; (D) adjusting pH to 2-5 with 0.1-2 mol/L hydrofluoric acid solution, and filtering to obtain capillary wormwood filtrate; and (E) absorbing with macroporous adsorption resin, eluting impurities with water, removing clear liquid, eluting with 40-60 % ethanol (3-6 pts.wt.), and condensing eluent.
