摘要:基于无相变温度分布计算方法,根据专业物性软件或物性数据库得到冷凝曲线,分别拟合得到焓值-温度及气相分率-温度关联式,提出了一种改进的冷凝器温度分布计算模型,通过迭代计算得到温度分布。将该计算模型应用于管程冷凝和壳程冷凝的温度分布计算,其结果与美国传热研究公司的冷凝器设计计算软件(HTRI)计算结果的误差均在6%以内,验证了该计算模型的可行性和准确性。
On the basis of calculation method for temperature distribution with no phase change,the condensing curves searched from professional physical property software or physical property data base were fitted to obtain the correlation equations of enthalpy-temperature and gas phase fraction-temperature.Then an improved calculation model for temperature distribution in condensers was proposed,which can obtain the temperature distribution through iterative calculation.Finally,this model was applied in temperature distribution calculation for shell side condensing and tube side condensing.Compared with the results calculated by the HTRI software under the same conditions,the results by this method has an error within 6%,which proves that this computation model is feasible and accurate.
