摘要：当前,教育领域正在推进数字化转型,线上教学的重要性及运用率与日俱增。教师亟须通过专业发展来保障在线教学的有效性。已有研究证实,共同体有助于提升教师的教学科研能力,但基于在线教学情境且以中文教师为对象来调查共同体成员声音的实证研究相对匮乏。鉴于此,本研究以6位国际中文教师为个案,通过对教学反思、研讨记录、深度访谈报告中的有关数据进行收集,并基于评价性与过程性编码开展质性分析,发现教师共同体能够发挥情感支持、认知发展、行为赋能等给养作用。此外,在共同体模式下,教师能够实现从“被动接受型”到“主观能动型”的专业发展模式转型。在此基础上,本研究对国际中文教师发展提出了相关建议,结论可为该领域提供借鉴。
The education sector is currently undergoing a digital transformation.Online teaching has been used more frequently and receive more attention.Teachers are in urgent need of professional development to ensure online teaching performance.Some studies have proved that community can help improve teachers’teaching and research ability.However,empirical studies on the voices of community members based on distance teaching and Chinese teachers are relatively scarce.In view of this,this study took four remote Chinese teachers as cases,collected data on teaching reflection,discussion records and in-depth interviews,and carried out qualitative analysis based on evaluative and procedural coding,and found that teacher community can produce emotional support,cognitive development,behavioral empowerment,and other feeding effects.In addition,under the community model,teachers can realize the transformation of professional development mode from“passive acceptance”to“subjective initiative”.On this basis,this study puts forward some suggestions on the development of distance Chinese teachers,and the conclusions can be used for reference in this fi eld.
