摘要:利用 UNIFAC模型对 3种同系的非离子表面活性剂进行了基团拆分 ,比较了非离子表面活性剂两相分配系数的计算值与文献值 ,结果偏差较大。为提高推算精度 ,对表面活性剂进行新的基团划分 ,提出了 UNIFAC新基团 OCH2 CH2 、OCH2 CH2 OH,重新关联了基团相互作用参数 ,并进行了平衡推算及多分散系统的验证 。
Three kinds of surfactants were separated by using original UNIFAC method. The interaction parameters of CH 2/H 2O were fitted by using the experimental liquid liquid equilibrium data. To improve the accuracy of prediction, two new functional group OCH 2CH 2、OCH 2CH 2OH were proposed and applied to surfactant system. The new interaction parameters were fitted and the liquid liquid equilibrium of normal distribution material was calculated. The results obtained are satisfactory.
