摘要：研究通过含氢硅油表面涂层改善玻璃的抗潮性能 ,探讨了不同热处理温度、有机硅浓度、浸渍时间和热处理时间等工艺条件下含氢硅油涂层对玻璃抗潮性的影响并确定了表面处理的适宜工艺条件。利用含氢硅油固化前后的红外光谱图解释了涂层玻璃抗潮的原理。
Thepresentpaperstudiedthewayofimprovingthemoistureresistanceofthe glassbyusinghydrogencontainingmethylsiliconeoil(HMSO)surfacecoat.Theinfluences ofdifferentconditionssuchastreatmenttemperature ,concentrationofHMSO ,dippingtime andtreatmenttimeonthemoistureresistanceofglasswerediscussedandthebestconditions wererevealed .IRspectrawereconductedonHMSOspecimentbeforeandaftersolidification toexplainitseffectonincreasingmoistureresistanceoftheglass .
