摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves mixing transesterification reagent with animal-vegetable fat at temperature between 20 and 100 degree Celsius for 2 to 32 hours under action of catalyst, where molar ratio of the transesterification reagent to the animal-vegetable fat is 2:1-30:1 and addition amount of the catalyst is 1-30 wt percent of the animal-vegetable fat. Filtering process is performed to remove the catalyst. Distilling process is performed to remove excessive transesterification reagent. Biodiesel is obtained. USE - Process for preparing biodiesel. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst is easy to be separated without undergoing washing process and without producing wastewater. The method allows reusing the catalyst. The method enables undergoing transesterification reaction using fat and transesterification reagent to produce the biodiesel that can be directly used as fuel without producing no byproduct glycerol, thus improving utilization rate of raw materials.
