摘要:采用Freundlich吸附等温方程研究了阿维菌素在不同类型土壤中的吸附。结果表明:阿维菌素的吸附等温线均为直线,说明吸附可能与其在土壤有机质中的分配作用有关;土壤有机质含量是影响阿维菌素土壤吸附的最重要因子,吸附系数与有机质含量呈正相关;阿维菌素有机质吸附常数平均值为2369,185,吸附自由能为17.25~20.59kJ·mol^-1;降低水土比可以增加阿维菌素在腐殖酸和土壤中的吸附。
The adsorption of abamcctin in soils was studied with Freundlich equation. The results showed that the adsorption isotherms for abamectin were all beeline in four kinds: of soils, maybe which indicated that the adsorption was related to the distribution action of abamectin in soil organic matter; organic matter content of soil was the most important factor affecting abamectin adsorption in soil, and adsorption coefficient positively correlated with organic matter content; Adsorption constant of organic matter of abamectin averaged 2 369.185, and the free energies of abamectin adsorption were 17.25-20.59 kJ · mol^-1; And higher adsorption in humic acid and soil with the decrease of solution/soil ratio had been found.
