摘要:讨论了掺稀土离子铈 (Ce3 + )和铽 (Tb3 + )的Na2 O -Gd2 O3 -P2 O5系统闪烁玻璃的辐照损伤特性及热处理效应。对不同组成及不同掺杂浓度的玻璃样品进行了不同剂量的60 Co辐照处理。采用紫外和可见透射光谱及根据实测结果计算的辐照诱导吸收系数比较了辐照前后玻璃样品的光学透过性能。掺Ce3 + 玻璃样品显示出优良的抗辐照特性 ,其原因在于可变价的铈离子具有吸收由电离产生的自由电子和 /或空穴的能力。该系统玻璃试样具有良好的热漂白特性 ,经 2 5 0℃。
Irradiation resistance of phosphate glasses doped with the rare earth Ce 3+ and Tb 3+ cations in the Na 2O Gd 2O 3 P 2O 5 system was discussed in the present paper.Glass samples with different concentration of activating dopants were treated by 60 Co irradiation with the different doses.UV and visible transmittance spectra as well as irradiation induced absorption coefficient μ calculated according to results of measurements were used to compare the effect of irradiation on glasses.Ce 3+ doped glasses showed the excellent irradiation resistance.Explanation is based on the presence of cerium cations with the variable valence which are supposed able to absorb and capture the ionised electrons and/or holes induced by irradiation.On the other hand,glass samples in this system showed good thermal bleaching properties after annealing treatment at 250℃ for 3 hours.
