摘要：文章使用中国省级大中型工业企业面板数据,基于system GMM估计方法,从所有制差异角度分析了FDI对我国内资企业技术创新的溢出效应。研究发现:第一,在某些领域,FDI对国有企业创新具有一定的技术溢出效应,而对非国有企业技术创新具有显著的正向影响;第二,进一步分析表明,FDI对非国有企业技术创新的溢出效应通过其与R&D交叉项得到了增强,这意味着非国有企业有很强的吸收能力,能够成功吸收FDI带来的先进技术从而促进了技术创新,部分国有企业的吸收能力较弱,没能通过R&D途径有效吸收内含在FDI中的先进技术而促进其技术创新;第三,只有当内资企业对先进技术拥有足够的吸收能力时,FDI才可能对其创新产生正向影响。文章还对不同所有制企业吸收能力差异的原因进行了分析。
This paper tests the effect of FDI on technical innovation of domestic firms from the perspective of enterprise ownership,using provincial panel data of large & medium industrial enterprises in China.The main findings are:(1) FDI has a significant and positive impact on innovation of non-state-owned enterprises,but the coefficient of FDI in state-owned enterprises is not statistically significant.(2)The further analysis shows that the contribution of FDI to technical innovation of Non-SOEs is enhanced by its interaction with the level of R&D.This result means that the flow of advanced technology brought by FDI can increase the innovation of Non-SOEs by interacting with its absorptive capability.Unfortunately,this is not the case for SOEs.(3) FDI contributes positively to technical innovation only when domestic firms have a minimum threshold stock of R&D or a sufficient absorptive capability of the advanced technology.
