摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of crystallization II type ammonium polyphosphate comprises adding phosphoric acid, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, and/or diammonium hydrogen phosphate to reactor; heating 150-250 degrees C for 0-3 hours; continuously heating at 280-350 degrees C for 1-3 hours; filling wet ammonia to cure product; cooling at 100-250 degrees C; filling special ammonia; reacting for 1-3 hours; and crushing product to obtain crystallization II type ammonium polyphosphate. USE - Preparation of crystallization II type ammonium polyphosphate. ADVANTAGE - The method does not take phosphorus pentoxide as material, avoids problems that phosphorus pentoxide process path has high energy consumption and dangerous operation, does not add condensing agent, has no foam condition during preparation, and improves utilization rate and production efficiency of device.
