摘要：实践智慧基于又超越纯粹社会工作理论知识的范畴,成为破解理论与实践之间的张力,重构社会工作知识样态的重要切入口。目前社会工作学界虽然意识到实践智慧的重要性,但存在零碎化和“个人化”的实用主义迷思。本文在现象学视域下考察实践智慧的哲学谱系,即实践智慧在哲学上的概念释义(是什么),然后从行动研究的视角来辨析实践智慧应该如何产生(怎么做),最后结合社会工作的教育和实践,提出从“成己”到“知人”再到“成务”的整全取向的实践智慧知识体系。
Practical wisdom,which is based on and transcends the category of pure social work theoretical knowledge,has become an important entry point for cracking the tension between theory and practice and reconstructing the style of social work knowledge.Although the current social work academic circles are aware of the importance of practical wisdom,there are fragmented and“personalized”pragmatism myths.This article examines the philosophical pedigree of practical wisdom from the perspective of phenomenology,that is,the conceptual interpretation(what)of practical wisdom in philosophy,and then analyzes how practical wisdom should be produced(how)from the perspective of action research,and finally combining the education and practice of social work,the thesis puts forward a holistic approach to practical wisdom knowledge system from“being myself”to“understanding people”and then to“doing practice”.
