摘要:采用溶胶凝胶法改变氨水和硝酸铜用量制备系列Cu/SiO_2催化剂,通过电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法,氮气吸附脱附,广角X射线衍射,电子透射显微镜和X射线光电子能谱等表征手段,系统研究了催化剂的物化性质与催化性能的关系。结果表明,通过改变氨水用量,可以有效调控SiO_2载体的形貌,增强铜活性位点与载体间的相互作用,改进还原后的催化剂的Cu^0/Cu^+比例。确定了最佳的氨水加入量是n(NH_3)/n(Cu^(2+))为56,催化剂最佳铜质量分数为35%。最佳的Cu/SiO_2催化剂,在200℃、2MPa下催化丙二酸二乙酯(DEM)加氢制备1,3-丙二醇(1,3-PDO)的反应中,展现出了91.5%的DEM转化率和43.2%的较高1,3-PDO选择性。
Cu/SiO2 catalysts were prepared by sol-gel method with different amounts of NH3 and Cu(NO3)2.The prepared catalysts were characterized by ICP-EAS,nitrogen adsorption-desorption,XRD,TEM and XPS,and the relationship between the physicochemical properties of the catalyst and the catalytic performance was investigated.The results show that by changing the amount of NH3,the morphology of SiO2 support can be effectively regulated,the interaction between Cu active sites and support can be enhanced,and the ratio of Cu0/Cu+of the reduced catalyst can be improved.It is determined that the optimum molar ratio of NH3 to Cu(NO3)2 is 56 and the optimum Cu mass fraction of the catalyst is 35%.In the reaction of hydrogenation of diethyl malonate(DEM)to 1,3-propanediol(1,3-PDO)at 200℃and 2MPa,the optimized Cu/SiO2 catalyst exhibited a DEM conversion of 91.5%and a high 1,3-PDO selectivity of 43.2%.
