摘要：国家大学科技园是高校创新创业人才培养的重要阵地。但是,目前国家大学科技园存在对前沿科技成果转化的引领性不足、创新创业辅导人才队伍尚不健全、全球创新创业网络融入程度较低、科技金融支持水平有待提升等问题。为更好地支撑人才强国建设,国家大学科技园应采取推动成果转化孵化、锻造创新创业辅导人才队伍、融入世界创新创业网络、健全科技金融赋能机制等多元化举措,不断提升服务水平,成为大学生创新创业首选之地。
The National University Science and Technology Park is an important battlefield for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities.However,there are still issues such as insufficient leadership in the transformation of frontier scientific and technological achievements,an incomplete team of innovation and entrepreneurship tutors,low integration of global innovation and entrepreneurship networks,and the need to improve the level of technology financial support.To better support the construction of a talent-rich country,National University Science and Technology Parks should adopt diversified measures such as promoting the transformation and incubation of scientific and technological achievements,forging a team of innovation and entrepreneurship tutors,integrating into the world innovationand entrepreneurship network and perfecting the technology finance empowerment mechanism,etc.,to continuously improve service levels and become the first choice of innovation and entrepreneurship for college students.
