摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of microporous molecular sieve involves dissolving silicon source to obtain solution containing alkali metal hydroxide and salt ions; dissolving metal precursor in water to get second solution; dissolving aluminum in water to get third solution; adding first solution into second solution to obtain mixed solution; adding third solution to mixed solution to get sol gel; aging, crystallizing and baking to obtain zeolite embedded in first metal (ZFM); dissolving second metal precursor in alkali solution to obtain fourth solution; and dipping ZFM in fourth solution, drying and baking. USE - Method for preparing microporous molecular sieve used as selective hydrogen oxidation catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sieve has high selectivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of microporous molecular sieve comprises dissolving silicon source to obtain solution containing alkali metal hydroxide and salt ions; dissolving metal precursor in water to get second solution; dissolving aluminum in water to obtain third solution; adding first solution into second solution to obtain mixed solution; adding third solution to mixed solution to get sol gel; aging, crystallizing in hydrothermal kettle, washing, drying and baking to obtain zeolite embedded in first metal; dissolving second metal precursor in alkali solution to obtain fourth solution; and dipping zeolite embedded in first metal in fourth solution, drying and baking.
