摘要:NOVELTY - Raw material acenaphthene is melted at 90-100 degrees C. The molten acenaphthene is vaporized at 290-350 degrees C and acenaphthene is vaporized at liquid space rate of 0.1-1 hour-1. Then, carbon dioxide and acenaphthene gas are mixed in molar ratio of 1:1-60:1 at 350-400 degrees C. The mixed gas is preheated at 560-700 degrees C, supplied to fixed-bed reactor and passed through a catalyst bed. The gas is oxidized, catalyzed and dehydrogenated at 560-700 degrees C by continuous gas-solid catalytic reaction to obtain acenaphthene in liquid form. USE - Manufacture of acenaphthene. ADVANTAGE - The acenaphthene is easily manufactured without affecting environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for reaction device, which comprises a melting chamber used for melting raw material solid acenaphthene into liquid acenaphthene, a storage tank used for storing liquid acenaphthene, a filter connected with the bottom of the storage tank and used for filtering liquid acenaphthene, a pump connected with the filter by pipeline and used for filtering the liquid acenaphthene, a pump connected with the filter by pipeline and used for conveying the liquid acenaphthene to vaporized chamber, a vaporized chamber used for vaporizing liquid acenaphthene, a flow meter arranged on the pipeline to control the flow of liquid acenaphthene conveyed by the pump, a mixed chamber connected with the vaporized chamber by pipeline and used for mixing the vaporized acenaphthene with the heated carbon dioxide, a reactor connected with the mixed chamber by pipeline, a preheating chamber used for preheating mixed reactant acenaphthene and carbon dioxide, a cooler connected with the bottom of the reactor and used for cooling the reactant, a condenser arranged on the downstream of the cooler and used for further cooling the reactant cooled by the cooler, a product collecting tank arranged on the downstream of the cooler and the condenser, and used for collecting the reactant cooled by the cooler and the condenser, and a gas collecting tank arranged on the downstream of the condenser and used for collecting the gas cooled by the condenser.
