摘要:再沸器是石油化工等流程工业常用的换热设备 ,使用过程中最易产生的失效形式为管束腐蚀引起泄漏。针对低变气再沸器的具体使用情况 ,分析了失效的原因 ,对多种材料进行性能对比试验研究 ,选用合适的再沸器材料 。
Reboiler is the common heat exchanger in the petrochemical industry and bundle leakage caused by corrosion during operation is the most popular failure. Several types of materials were tested and suitable materials were provided for the low transformation reboiler,which is important in the research for increasing service life of reboilers.
