摘要:在改性的HY分子筛催化剂上进行苯与乙烯的液相烷基化反应,研究了焙烧温度和水蒸汽处理条件等对催化剂性能的影响。用TPD、IR、XRD、比表面和孔径分布测定等方法研究了催化剂的晶相结构、表面酸性质和催化活性之间的一些规律。
Modified zeolites were studied by BET method, XRD, TPD and IR to characterize their macro-structure, crystal structure and surface acidic properties. The results were correlated with that of liquid alkylation of benzene with ethylene.When HY was modified by hydrothermal treatment, the crystal type remained unchanged, the skeleton Si/Al ratio increased, the crystallinity lowered, the unit cell constant decreased, the pore size increased and the surface acidic properties changed.The activity of the modified HY zeolite during alkylation may be correlated to the change of catalyst surface acidic properties. As the number of stronger acid sites increases, the conversion of C_2H_4 also increases. Stronger Bronsted acid sites are activation centers of liquid alkylation reaction of benzene with ethylene.
