摘要：NOVELTY - Morpholine (III) or piperidine (IV) is reacted with bromoarene (V) in an organic solvent at predetermined temperature for 3-10 hours, in presence of palladium compound, phosphorus compound and alkali, and the resulting crude product is purified using column chromatography, to obtain aryl morpholine (I) or aryl piperidine (II). USE - Preparation of aryl morpholine or aryl piperidine. ADVANTAGE - The aryl morpholine or aryl piperidine is prepared with high yield by a simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Morpholine of formula (III) or piperidine of formula (IV) is reacted with bromoarene of formula (V) in an organic solvent at predetermined temperature for 3-10 hours, in presence of palladium compound, phosphorus compound and alkali, and the resulting crude product is purified using column chromatography, to obtain aryl morpholine of formula (I) or aryl piperidine of formula (II).
