摘要:合成了具有耐高温性能的芳基乙炔聚合物(PAA),并对其性能进行了研究。芳基乙炔预聚物粘度低,在室温下储存稳定性较差,可加热直接固化,300℃可完全固化。固化后,PAA的玻璃化转变温度为316.3℃,起始热分解温度高达503℃,最大热分解温度为663℃,900℃时残碳率为84%。PAA可以作为新型耐烧蚀材料使用。
A kind of novel heat resistant polyarylacetylene (PAA) resin was synthesized. The resultant PAA was characterized by viscometry, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR), thermal mechanical analysis (TMA) and thermogravimetry (TG). The results show that the PAA prepolymer has low viscosity and inferior stability at ambient temperature. It can be cured directly by heating and thoroughly cured at 300℃. The cured PAA has glass transition temperature of 316.3℃, initial thermal decomposition temperature of up to 503℃ and maximum decomposition temperature of 663℃. The charing yield of PAA at 900℃ attains 84%. For its excellent heat resistance and high charing yield, PAA can be used as heat resistant material, particularly as ablation resistant material.
