摘要:The condition of prepare the precursor of poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) (PBO) 4,6-dinitroresorcinol was investigated by orthodoxy experiment method. The optimized synthesis conditions were: for 0.1 mol resorcinol, use 20% oleums which had 0.33 mol free SO3, sulfation temperature is 100°C, sulfation time was 1 h; nitric acid was 0.2 mol, nitration temperature was 20°C-30°C, nitration time was 2 h; the [H3O+] 0.0082 mol/g at the beginning of hydrolyzation reaction, and the hydrolyzation time was 2 h. The producer attained 70%, the purity was nearly 100%.
