摘要：NOVELTY - A (4R)-4-((2S,5R,7S,15R)-5-hydroxy-2,15-dimethyl-9-oxotetracyclo(8.7.0.02,7.011,15)heptadecan-14-yl)pentanoic acid (I) is dissolved in an organic solvent and stereoselective reagent is added to solution, to obtain electrolyte solution. The obtained solution is reduced under constant current density of 75-100 A/m2, to obtain solution containing ursodeoxycholic acid (II). USE - Preparation of ursodeoxycholic acid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides high-purity ursodeoxycholic acid with high yield by simple process without causing pollution to the environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A (4R)-4-((2S,5R,7S,15R)-5-hydroxy-2,15-dimethyl-9-oxotetracyclo(8.7.0.02,7.011,15)heptadecan-14-yl)pentanoic acid of formula (I) is dissolved in an organic solvent and stereoselective reagent is added to solution, to obtain electrolyte solution. The obtained solution is reduced under constant current density of 75-100 A/m2, to obtain solution containing ursodeoxycholic acid of formula (II).
