摘要：本文从动态的角度考察G市社会组织的策略性"行为",通过呈现策略性行动者与他们所处其中的"脉络"之间的互动关系,解读社会组织的自主性在与政府的互动关系中是如何产生和成长起来,并进一步得出中国社会组织对其所面对的复杂性脉络的能动回应是一种"与国家商酌"的"策略性自主"关系。
This paper examines the strategic ＂behavior ＂of the social organization of G City from the dynamic perspective,and explains how the autonomy of social organizations is produced and grown up is in its interaction with the government by showing the interaction between strategic actors and their strategic context. And the dynamic response of the Chinese social organizations to the complexity of the institutional environment is the＂strategic autonomy＂relation＂negotiated with the State＂.
