摘要:本文利用质谱检测器和氮化学发光检测器联用技术,结合了氮化学发光器的特异性检测与质谱的定性优势,实现了对煤直接液化3种工艺生产的轻油中含氮化合物的检测。进一步,利用全二维气相色谱和飞行时间质谱/氢火焰离子化检测器(GC×GC-TOF MS/FID)双检测器联用技术,实现了对煤直接液化3种工艺生产的轻油中杂原子化合物的检测和分析。分析结果表明,通过催化加氢工艺,煤直接液化油中氮、氧等杂原子逐步脱除,在直接液化粗油中,检测并识别了超过24种含氮化合物和52种含氧化合物。吡啶和酚类分别是煤直接液化过程中主要的含氮化合物和含氧化合物,吡啶和酮类在加氢改质过程中表现出较高的转化率。该分析方法的开发有望在煤液化油领域得到更广泛的应用。
In this work,the combined detection technique with mass spectrometry(MS)and nitrogen chemiluminescence detection(NCD)was used to detect nitrogen compounds in three types of light oils obtained from direct coal liquefaction,benefit of the advantage of the specificity of NCD and qualitative identification of MS.Furthermore,a dual-detector system coupling two-dimensional gas chromatography(GC×GC)with time-of-flight mass spectrometry and flame ionization detection(TOF MS/FID)was utilized for the comprehensive analysis of heteroatomic compounds in these light oils.The results show that N,O and other heteroatoms are gradually removed through catalytic hydrogenation process.Specifically,more than 24 kinds of nitrogen-containing compounds and 52 kinds of oxygen-containing compounds were detected and molecularly identified in direct liquefied crude oil.Pyridines and phenols were the predominant nitrogen-containing compounds and oxygen-containing compounds in direct coal liquefaction process,respectively.Notably,pyridines and ketones exhibited the high conversion rates during the process of hydrogenation stabilization process.The developed analytical method is promising for broader applications within the field of coal liquefaction oil.
