The drying unit comprises a fixed bed drying furnace. The fixed bed drying furnace comprises a spiral propeller. The first surrounding outer wall of the fixed bed drying furnace comprises a fuel gas pipe. The biomass carbonizing unit comprises a fixing bed. The second fixing bed comprises a second spiral propeller. The outer wall of carbonizing unit comprises high temperature smoke gas pipeline. USE - The device is useful for continuous carbonization of biomass to produce clean gas and biochar (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device has compact structure, strong controllability and high use rate; and is economical and environmental friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Device comprises a raw material storage unit, a biomass boiler, a drying unit, a carbonizing unit, a catalyze cracking unit, a biomass coal storage unit and a biomass gas storage unit. The drying unit comprises a fixed bed drying furnace. The fixed bed drying furnace comprises a spiral propeller. The first surrounding outer wall of the fixed bed drying furnace comprises staggerly arranged fuel gas pipe. The biomass carbonizing unit comprises a fixing bed. The second fixing bed comprises a second spiral propeller. The outer wall of the carbonizing unit comprises high temperature smoke gas pipeline arranged in a reverse staggered array. The catalyze cracking unit comprises a pipe type reactor. The raw material storage unit and a biomass boiler are connected through a belt transmitter. The biomass boiler is connected to the inlet of the fixed bed drying furnace. The outlet of the fixed bed drying furnace is connected to the inlet of the fixed bed carbonization furnace. The outlet of the fixed bed carbonization furnace is connected to the biomass coal storage element. The outlet of the catalyze cracking unit of pipe type reactor is welded to the inlet of the high temperature smoke gas pipeline. The high temperature smoke gas pipeline is connected to the inlet of the fixed bed drying furnace. The gas pipe inlet connected to catalyze cracking unit of pipe type reactor outlet. The gas outlet pipeline connected to biomass fuel gas storage unit. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for continuous carbonization of biomass to produce clean gas and biochar using the device comprising adding 1:10-1:2 biomass to biomass boiler from raw material storage unit through belt conveyer and then conveying to the biomass drying unit and biomass carbonizing unit, providing heat, transferring into biomass drying unit after complete heat exchange, again transferring into biomass carbonizing unit, carbonizing and transferring into coal storage unit, transferring the biomass fuel from the carbonizing unit to the catalyze cracking unit for cracking reaction of tar in fuel gas to remove tar and separating clean gas, transferring the clean gas into biomass drying unit for providing the heat, transferring the clean gas from the biomass drying unit into biomass storage unit after complete heat exchange, where the temperature of the biomass boiler is 800-1200 degrees C, the temperature of the biomass drying unit is 100-250 degrees C, the temperature of the biomass carbonizing furnace is 400-700 degrees C, the tar and the regenerating catalyst mutually switch at the same time in the pipe type reactor and the temperature in the pipe type reactor is maintained at 700-1100 degrees C.
