摘要:采用铁氧化物对膨润土进行改性,制备了铁基膨润土,考察了铁基膨润土对过氧化氢降解溶液中二甲基二硫醚的催化效果。表征结果显示:改性后铁基膨润土的表面变得粗糙,层间距离增大,比表面积和孔体积明显增大。实验结果表明:在二甲基二硫醚初始质量浓度为24 mg/L、铁基膨润土加入量为1.5 g/L、铁基膨润土与过氧化氢质量比为1∶5、初始pH为3.0的最佳工艺条件下,反应60 min后,溶液中二甲基二硫醚的去除率可达98%;准一级动力学模型能够较好地描述铁基膨润土-过氧化氢、膨润土-过氧化氢和过氧化氢3种反应体系对二甲基二硫醚的降解动力学过程,相应的反应速率常数分别为0.0801 min^(-1),0.0226 min^(-1),0.0073 min^(-1)。
Bentonite was modified with iron oxide to prepare iron-modified bentonite.The catalytic effect of iron-modified bentonite on degradation of dimethyl disulfide in solution by hydrogen peroxide was investigated.The characterization results show that the iron-modified bentonite has a rougher surface,larger interlayer distance,and significantly increased specific surface area and pore volume.The experimental results show that:Under the optimum process conditions of initial dimethyl disulfide mass concentration 24 mg/L,iron-modified bentonite amount 1.5 g/L,mass ratio of iron-modified bentonite to hydrogen peroxide 1∶5,initial pH 3.0 and reaction time 60 min,the removal rate of dimethyl disulfide in solution can reach 98%;The pseudo first-order kinetic model can well describe the degradation process of dimethyl disulfide in iron-modified bentonite-hydrogen peroxide system,bentonite-hydrogen peroxide system and hydrogen peroxide system with the corresponding reaction rate constant of 0.0801 min^(-1),0.0226 min^(-1)and 0.0073 min^(-1),respectively.
