摘要：构建和应用一个企业知识刚性案例分析框架,以宝钢制造标准知识和高砂鉴臣业务流程知识为案例,探讨企业知识刚性的促成因素与形成过程,知识刚性特征及其对企业知识变革的影响。基于这两个案例的分析,提出识别和管理企业知识刚性的相应策略。
In knowledge - based economy with competitive advantage, enterprises fall into path dependence and inertial ap- plication on specific knowledge. Enterprise knowledge rigidity forms gradually. Based on two cases of Baosteel production standards and STU business processes, the paper proposes a case analysis framework and applies to investigate the precipi- tating factors and formation process of enterprise knowledge rigidity. The features of knowledge rigidity and its impact on en- terprise knowledge change are also analyzed. In addition, knowledge rigidity recognizing and management methods are pro- vided according to the two cases analysis.
