摘要：建立了异丁醛催化氧化反应动力学模型,通过残差分析及统计检验来进行模型筛选,用参数估计方法确定了反应动力学常数,为异丁醛催化氧化反应过程的开发和放大提供依据。
Several reaction models for catalytic oxidation of isobutyraldehyde (IBA) have been established. The models are screened by means of residual error analysis and statistical tests, and the reaction rate constants involved in the reaction network are determined by parameter estimation. Consequently, a proper method for the development of a process for the catalytic oxidation of IBA and the reactor design of commerical scale is proposed.
