摘要：企业孵化器在加速科技成果转化,扶持高新技术中小企业,促进区域经济发展等方面发挥着巨大作用,已引起越来越多学者的关注。综述了国外企业孵化器研究状况,分别从孵化器的分类、提供的服务、效果的评价、入驻企业筛选以及在孵企业间关系等方面进行了介绍。最后指出了现有研究的不足,并分析了未来研究的方向。
Business incubators play a significant role in accelerating the commercialization of high-tech,assisting the development of start-ups,enhancing the regional economy,and also attract more and more scholars＇ attention.This article summarizes the foreign research on business incubators,and concludes the shortage of the current literature from the conflicting findings of business incubators＇ effects on tenant firms,and finally points out the direction for future research.
