摘要:研究了无机与有机氮源对庆大霉素合成与分泌的影响。分别在初始培养基中及进入生物合成期的发酵液中添加硫酸铵、硝酸钠和各种氨基酸 ,初始培养基中添加硫酸铵浓度为 0 .1 g/ L时 ,总效价提高了 2 3 % ,同时 ,硫酸铵对庆大霉素组分也有一定影响。在培养至 2 4h添加 8g/ L硝酸钠 ,总效价提高 5 5 % ,而在初始培养基中分泌率提高了 3 3 %。在生物合成期添加 0 .8g/ L赖氨酸 ,总效价提高了 64%。
The effects of inorganic and organic nitrogen sources on synthesis and secretion of gentamicin in shake flask fermetation were studied. (NH 4) 2SO 4,NaNO 3 and various amino acids were added initially and in biosynthesis phase. The results showed that total potency increased by 23% when the concentration of (NH 4) 2SO 4 was 0.1g/L; component of gentamicin was also influenced by (NH 4) 2SO 4; total potency incresased by 55% when 8g/L NaNO 3 was added at 24h; secretion ratio increased by 33% when 8g/L NaNO 3 was added intially; total potency increased by 64% when 0.8g/L lysine was added in the biosynthesis phase. At the same time, verified experiment was done in the resting cell system.
