摘要：NOVELTY - A polypropylene composite material comprises polypropylene, wood flour, potassium titanate crystal whisker, inorganic filler, toughening agent, wax powder and auxiliary agents. The potassium titanate crystal whisker is hexapotassium titanate crystal whisker. The toughening agent is substance selected from group comprising copolymer of octylene and polyolefin, copolymer of ethylene vinyl acetate, polyethylene, and styrene-butadiene block copolymer. USE - A polypropylene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material improves polypropylene in different sizes, makes combination of wood flour and polypropylene substrate more stable, and reduces inner defects of raw materials; thus improving intensity, impact resistance and thermal endurance of modified polypropylene, as well as reducing viscosity of melting body system of polypropylene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polypropylene composite material comprises (pts.wt.) polypropylene (600-800), wood flour (100-400), potassium titanate crystal whisker (10-80), inorganic filler (0-100), toughening agent (0-100), wax powder (0-50) and auxiliary agents (10-50). The flowing index of polypropylene is 2.8; conventional index is greater than 96.6%; and tensile-strength is greater than 25 MPa. The potassium titanate crystal whisker is hexapotassium titanate crystal whisker. The wood flour is 80-100 meshes. The toughening agent is substance selected from group comprising copolymer of octylene and polyolefin, copolymer of ethylene vinyl acetate, polyethylene, and styrene-butadiene block copolymer. The auxiliary agents comprise compatibilizer, coupling agent, antioxidant and molecular weight regulator. The inorganic filler is talc powder, kaolin or calcium carbonate. The weight ratio of wood flour to potassium titanate crystal whisker is 3:1-2:1.
