摘要:为了研究柴油中正构烷烃碳数分布与低温流动改进剂(DFI)的结构和性能之间的关系,测定了8种柴油的正构烷烃含量及其碳数分布,并从统计学角度进行了详细的描述和分析,在显著性水平α=0.10下,计算得到了柴油中正构烷烃的平均相对分子质量、碳数分布方差和检验统计量χ2。通过比较多种低温流动改进剂在柴油中的降冷滤点(ΔTCFPP)效果,发现流动改进剂对正构烷烃含量高、正构烷烃碳数分布方差较小、检验统计量χ2较大的柴油降冷滤点效果较差。流动改进剂对柴油降冷滤点效果与其分子中侧链长度和相对分子质量分布有关,因此流动改进剂分子设计应着眼于其结构和相对分子质量分布是否与柴油正构烷烃分布匹配。
In order to study the relationship between carbon number distribution of n-alkanes in diesel and structure and performance of diesel flowing improver (DFI), the carbon number distributions of n-alkanes in eight diesel samples particularly were determined and described from the view of Statistics. At the significance level of 0.10, the average molecular mass of n-alkanes, variance and statistic test quantity x^2 for the carbon number distributions of n-alkanes in eight diesel samples were calculated. It is found by comparing the decrease of cold filter plugging point (ATCFPP) of DFI in eight diesel samples that when the content of n-alkanes in diesel was higher, and the variance and statistic test quantity 2 of the carbon number distribution of n-alkanes were smaller and higher, respectively, the △TCFPP of DFI for diesel was poor. The effect of △TCFPP by DFI was deeply influenced by the side chain length and the distribution of molecular masses of DFI. The structure and molecular mass distribution of DFI should well fit the carbon number distribution of n-alkane in diesel when molecular design for outstanding DFI was carried out.
